Individualized Fitness Programs

Created specifically for you based on fitness assessment results and personal wellness goals. 

Includes:

  • One on one exercise prescription and instruction
  • Written exercise handouts with weekly/monthly flow sheets
  • One on one practice time to ensure comprehension

Your fitness training program may include a combination of physical and mental training exercises depending on your wellness goals.

Mental training exercises may include: creating positive self affirmations, imagery and visualization exercises, relaxation training, breathing training, muscle awareness exercises, and meditation.

Prerequisite: To ensure proper exercise prescription, all Individualized Fitness Programs must be preceeded by a recently completed (within 30 days) Fitness Assessment.
